Accommodation and Hotel reservation

The participants have to provide themselves with booking for accommodation. There are many Hotels in Florence. However, they are often fully booked: we thus suggest an early reservation (about two months in advance). To find and book their accommodation, the participants can also contact Studio Guidi (eventi@studioguidisrl.it, tel: +39 055 241561, fax: +39 055 2346178). Within few days, on the website of the Workshop you can find a partial list of Hotels and related information.

Visas

Those participants who need visa should apply to the Italian consulate in advance of their departure. If you need any official letters or other help to obtain a visa, please let the Local organizers know as soon as possible.

Workshop site

The workshop will take place at the Galileo Galilei Institute for Theoretical Physics (GGI). The GGI, funded by INFN and sponsored by INFN and University of Florence, is located near the city centre of Florence, on the historic hill of Arcetri. For more details on the GGI and its activities, you can visit the website.

This is the last Bulletin of the Workshop. Further information will be available on the website and will be circulated only to the registered participants. Additional information, if needed, can be obtained from the Local organizers.
